I watch this show, but never saw this coming.

Her previous nudity was in The Knick:

  1. I don’t know anybody else who I told they ought to watch Perry Mason who’s watching it. I can’t even bring myself to also recommend Will Trent to them. But I’m still watching it myself. I don’t know if Della Street was supposed to be gay, but it’s interesting. I wouldn’t have dreamed Ms. Street would be naked. Sure, Juliet Rylance did it in The Knick. Another show I watched & liked that I feel doesn’t get enough love. 🙂

    1. The Knick was outstanding. I wish that show had gone on longer, but that’s probably because they stopped it at just the right time.

That show also made me a fan of Ms. Rylance’s classy beauty.

As for the Perry Mason reboot, I was never able to get into it. I liked the idea of making it a period crime piece, but that character is unrecognizable from Raymond Burr.

  2. Boring. Remember, Perry Mason was created by a guy behind Boardwalk Empire. We really hit low with female nudity level nowadays.

    1. The problem with HBO is that they are a dying business. As cable tv dies, they die because it is the only place they make money. These companies only want to put out hot naked women when they know they can make big money. When they start losing money, they take it all away. That’s been their business for a long time. When they fully collapse they’ll change, but until then they will continue with this kind of crap. Only more cancellations can force change, but the older generations just don’t want to drop cable tv for some reason. May just need to wait for more of them to die.

      1. HBO shows with female nudity in last few years: The Deuce, House of the Dragon, Lovecraft Country, White Lotus, Vinyl, The Leftovers, Camping, Industry, Big Little Lies – Westworld! EUPHORIA, HELLO!!

“not sure about yer detective work there, Lou”

        1. It’s funny how kneejerk negativity freaks always have it totally worked out why they aren’t getting what they want because of some evil villain, they predict the villain will be punished for it, but they also bake in excuses for why what they predicted isn’t happening.
