Well, she played Dr. Watson opposite Jonny Lee Miller and she has directed episodes of that show and others. She’s now a Broadway star.

I’m with Scoopy on this one. I actually preferred Elementary over the Cumberbatch series. And anyone who can haul herself out of the morass of movies like “Eks vs. Sever” deserves the props.
Me 3. I find her a fine actor. She still looks good, for her age. She’s 53 & has aged better than Vera Farmiga at 48. Vera’s sister Taissa, OTOH, is 27, looks 17, is uber cute & stars in The Gilded Age (2022) TV series, as a debutante. Not fer nuthin’.

Industry presence is a matter of opinion. She is now in her 50’s or 60’s and is a mature Asian female identifying industry presence, like when she cameoed in several episodes of Curb Your Enthusiasm. But, in these photos, she shows a cute little ass, and some nice, perky tits. Who cares about whether she is an I-P?
One could dispute that. I-P is a fact. You & I may not have an inside position to know it directly. We are left to read tea leaves. Liu is still getting acting jobs. Being an over-the-hill 50-something actress isn’t the kiss-of-death it used to be.
