Sorry, they both used butt doubles.
“Actresses Virginia Madsen and Jennifer Connelly perform partial nude scenes in this movie with both of them at times appearing topless. But both had body doubles for the scenes where their characters are fully nude. Heather Cruikshank was the body double for Madsen and Shelley Baker was the one for Connelly.”
If IMDb is correct, this was the only screen appearance for the two doubles. Cruikshank was a Dallas stripper and was paid three grand to provide Madsen’s butt in the skinny-dipping scene. Baker is a complete mystery, but she certainly looked great from behind!

I have two observations:
First, it appears to me that the woman doing the rear nude, when she turns slightly sideways, has quite small breasts.
Second, the scene ends with the character turning her head toward Debra Cole. To me it does not look like Jennifer Connelly’s face

I don’t understand one word of that other than “nude,” but that’s really the only important one.
